Welcome to Gondeshwar Bakery (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services related to our bakery operations. By visiting or purchasing from Gondeshwar Bakery, you (“user,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to abide by the terms set forth herein, along with all applicable laws and regulations of India.

By accessing our services or purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Gondeshwar Bakery under Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Gondeshwar Bakery offers a wide variety of bakery products prepared with high-quality ingredients. Our services include:

  • Retail and wholesale sales of baked goods.
  • Custom cake orders and event catering.
  • Online or phone-based inquiries for availability and pricing.
  • Customer support via phone or email.

We continuously update our offerings and pricing. Gondeshwar Bakery reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service at any time without prior notice.

5. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. By accessing our services, you warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Indian law.

6. Account Registration

At present, Gondeshwar Bakery does not require online account registration. However, if an online platform or mobile app is introduced in the future, users may need to register and provide accurate information. You agree to maintain confidentiality of any login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • Use our products or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Misrepresent their identity, payment method, or contact information.
  • Engage in spamming, fraudulent ordering, or harassment of staff.
  • Distribute false information about our products.
    You are responsible for ensuring all information shared is accurate and up to date.

8. Payment & Billing Terms

All payments for bakery items must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods include cash, UPI, and other locally accepted modes.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Gondeshwar Bakery reserves the right to revise product pricing and billing structure at any time without prior notice.

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

If any subscription or recurring order model is introduced (e.g., daily bread/milk delivery), customers will have the right to cancel anytime with 48 hours’ notice.
Gondeshwar Bakery also reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Currently, Gondeshwar Bakery does not use the WhatsApp Business API or RCS messaging services.
However, in the future, if such communication channels are implemented, they will strictly comply with Meta’s Business Policy, Indian IT Act, 2000, and telecom regulations.
All communications will be limited to order confirmations, promotional updates, or customer service inquiries.

11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy

All marketing or transactional communications (email, SMS, or other) will adhere to Indian Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) and TRAI DLT guidelines.
We will never send spam or unauthorized messages. Users can opt out anytime by contacting us.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including brand name “Gondeshwar Bakery,” logos, text, recipes, packaging designs, and photographs, are owned by or licensed to us.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 and Trademarks Act, 1999.

13. Confidentiality

We value customer privacy. Any personal or order-related information shared with Gondeshwar Bakery will remain confidential and used solely for legitimate business purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

All bakery products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we maintain high standards of hygiene and freshness, Gondeshwar Bakery does not warrant that:

  • The products will always meet your expectations, or
  • The website or communication systems will be error-free.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Gondeshwar Bakery and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products or services.
